Senator Weld moved to amend the bill on page two, section three, line seven, after the word “subdivision” by inserting the following: “and is not intended to prohibit a political subdivision from adopting, enforcing or administering an ordinance, regulation, local policy, local resolution or other legal requirement applicable to its own employees regarding any of the specific areas described in subsections (a) through (g) thereof.”
